Our three-person creative team brings different strengths to the same goal: thoughtful custom work and a tattoo experience that feels clear from beginning to end.
The People You Will Work With
Marco DeLuca
Marco founded Maspeth Tattoo after years of working around New York and wanting to build a studio closer to his Queens roots. He gravitates toward black and grey, portraits and compositions with strong contrast, and he still keeps small sketchbooks filled with faces and pieces of neighborhood architecture.
Elena Ruiz
Elena focuses on fineline work, botanical subjects and designs where small compositional decisions make a big difference. Raised in Queens, she developed her eye for natural forms through years of drawing plants and flowers, and she is known around the studio for keeping reference folders organized down to individual leaves.
Devin Park
Devin brings a strong interest in color, illustrative tattooing and designs influenced by comics, printmaking and New York street graphics. Outside tattooing, he spends time visiting small galleries and drawing people on the subway, often turning quick observations into ideas for later artwork.
How We Work Together
We talk as a team, but every tattoo remains centered on the client and the artist handling the piece. When an idea fits another team member's strengths especially well, we would rather recognize that than force the project into the wrong approach.
Our process is intentionally straightforward: understand the idea, work through scale and placement, develop the artwork, tattoo carefully and explain aftercare. Questions are welcome at every stage.
